“Boone, Hays, and Myers encountered a man identified as L.H. in the crowd and arrested him. The undercover detective, a 22-year veteran of the police force, was dressed as a protester and providing information to officers about potential criminal activity in the crowd.
According to the indictment, Boone, Hays, and Myers used unreasonable force: throwing the detective to the ground, kicking him, and hitting him with a riot baton “while he was compliant and not posing a physical threat to anyone.”
When they learned that he was an undercover officer, the three men then lied about what they had done and accused him of resisting arrest, the indictment said. They tried to contact L.H. to convince him not to pursue disciplinary or legal action, and Boone, Hays, and Myers also met with or texted various potential witnesses to try to get them to join the cover-up, the indictment states.”
I much as I enjoyed the movie, I wish it was more this, than the convoluted superhero bullshit it becomes by the end (and oh got that last fight, it hurts us).
There are way too many streaming services; do they REALLY expect people to subscribe to all of them??
No, they expect you to subscribe to theirs alone
I’m hopeful, but amazingly skeptical on the rumors that Disney+ is going to be cheaper than Netflix, but with The Mouse behind it, they can afford to low ball (like Apple’s upcoming streaming service, which will be free to people owning/using iOS devices).
At this point, are they even going to announce a cancellation for Jessica Jones, or we just going to be left to presume?
We still have the cancellations for Jess Jones and Punisher coming. My guess, they each have a season remaining on contract with Netflix.

Yeah the Rudolph elf meme is funny, but are we really forgetting about all the other great and bizarre Christmas specials moments, like when Rankin/Bass beat DreamWorks to the idea of “Hot Jack Frost” by more than 30 years?
How about when they made a Nativity fanfic with a misfit donkey and a baby angel?
That Santa Claus started off giving toys exclusively to depressed World War I-era German children? (Did I mention he was a ginger)
We also shouldn’t gloss over the time when Rudolph teamed up with a caveman, a knight and goddamn Benjamin Franklin not to walk into a bar but to save the Baby New Year.
Really, Rudolph could fill up this entire list all by himself, considering that he also teamed up with Frosty the Snowman one time to fight thiswintery motherfucker
WHO HAS GIANT ICE DRAGONS TAKE THAT NIGHT KING
And is one of the five or six clowns who are supposed to be running winter in this universe (they were not very creative when it came to making up bad guys apparently)
And later dies in the most HORRIFYING WAY POSSIBLE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT SHOW THIS MOVIE TO CHILDREN AGE FIVE AND UNDER
Oh, and by the way, Rudolph is also Reindeer Jesus. Look it up.
Confirmed: God is a woman.
Then there was the time where Gandalf beat up monsters so an old man who made toys for kids could become immortal.
(if you haven’t heard of/watched it, it’s called “The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus” based on a book written by L Frank Baum)
Frankly yes, because the porn bots are still here and still following people (me) and yet they took away adult content tags, making it harder and harder for creators, especially those who are adults and therefore have their blog settings reflecting that, to have their content be visible. This doesn’t just block tags, it makes all “adult-oriented” blogs invisible, no matter what their content actually is. So like…I hope they figure out what they’re doing soon, for the sake of every adult creator, whether their content is adult or not
Did y’all know this includes sex ed blogs? It includes sex ed blogs. This is not okay.
Also what is up with tumblr being like “we support sex work!” but then being like “unless you draw, write, or make video porn for a living”.
Tumblr’s actual stance is “We support sex workers…. as long as you work over there. Not over here.”
