It just hit me that Peggy Carter will wake up one morning, make her tea, and unfold the paper to reveal – maybe even on the first page – that the Starks have been in a fatal car crash.
Howard and Maria Stark.

*post-credit stinger*: A young red headed girl in the Red Room after Peggy and the Commandos escape. She’s sitting on her bed, looking out the window, she jolts and looks up as she hears the faint sound of fighting and the screams of her handlers.
The door opens, bathing her in a pillar of light. She stares wide eyed, the camera stays focused on her. A shadow of a person slowly envelops her; we hear the voice of the shadow; deep, familiar, warm and full of compassion; (in Russian) “C’mon kid, I’m here to get you out of here.”
She blinks owlishly; “Who… who are you?”
The camera finally pans around to whom she’s talking to, “I’m sorry Natasha, I forgot my manners; you can call me, Uncle Logan”. [Hugh Jackman]

I think Marvel (and by extension, Fox) would effectively break the internet if something like this happens.
With the runaway success of Agent Carter, it was only a matter of time before someone asked me to draw her and so here she is. Everything from her uniform colors to her lips and nails are sampled from color-balanced press photos of her appearance in Captain America: The First Avenger, helping capture some of what makes her so visually distinctive. And the quote… well, if you’ve seen The First Avenger then you should recognize it too.
