Looks like Rider is a woman in the first trailer. At least, I hope that’s Rider.

Also, I hope they change the name to just “Ride”, since it’s an homage to Sally K Ride.

So…. Sony… Bioware… I appreciate the pre-loading thing, I really do, it lets me play a game the moment the clock strikes midnight.

But, letting me see DAI sitting, installed, on my PS4 and not being able to play for 1d 9h 54m 18… 17…. 16s…

Something I did to shut joehundredaire up so I could get some real work done. I might actually turn it into a print, although I’d need a new background before I can do that. For some reason, selling something that so obviously and prominently scavenges from BioWare’s official game art for Mass Effect 3 seems like a terrible idea.

PS: Might do a Renegade version one of these days based on the “Evilsa” concept art from The Art of Frozen.

I need to vent.

Nothing beats waking up to a “bawwww, BioWare sucks because Shepard’s armor has moulded boobs” rant on Tumblr. We have a game with FTL, a magical all purpose element, and sentient space ships, but it’s femShep’s armor has tits that makes you loathe an entire company. “Oh my god, if she fell over, she’d break her sternum and it would pierce her heart!!!”, really? You think she’s nude under this apparently unpadded armor. I get it that some people out there that see it as sexist to allow female warriors to be feminine, and I still don’t understand how femininity is sexist. I really don’t. I had to unwatch an artist who’s work I admire because of this, and because I didn’t want to disrespect her by going off on her Tumblr, so I vented on mine.

Grow up, it’s okay to be a woman, it’s okay to look like a woman, and it’s okay to have moulded chest plates. If I’m going to to have to run around the galaxy saving people, I want to be somewhat comfortable, and not bind my chest, and have armor that fits my curves. Hell the US military has already redesigned armor to better fit women, and are working on making more form fitting armor.

Sooo… Bioware announced Mass Effect 4. I think people on the International Space Station heard me squealing in delight.
